Edward Trying to Read Bella's Hidden ThoughtA rather common human trait is that of hidden meanings or meaning more than we want to let on. In our minds we may be thinking something completely different than what we are actually saying. Perhaps that’s why some thoughts are better left silent... However, imagine someone having the talent to read your mind. Hear exactly what you are thinking, exactly how you feel and exactly what you want or despise. Doesn’t that put you at an uneasy? Most of us are probably thinking of something else for the most of it. But think there would be no way to hide your turn intentions. Wheatear you secretly despised someone, wheatear you were secretly trying to get their attention or perhaps just trying to get through the conversion. There wouldn’t be hidden or deeper meanings here would there. Since I know of not one who has this talent, other than Edward Cullen of course, is there another way to detect if someone is hiding what they truly mean? Maybe there is because we as humans have other ways of reveal our “tell” ... that is through tone, facial expressions and body language; something especially shown in the Twilight novel (&hearts,). I couldn’t resist to put that in ;P
I’m not the best reader I guess - everyone always teases me how easy I am to read (an open-book in other words). But sometimes it’s that that hard to guess... mostly because they give it away. However sometimes I wish it wasn’t that easy to read into these deeper and hidden meanings. Sometimes the mystery is what makes life interesting
